AAAA: Account Management Workshop: How to Lead Clients, Grow Accounts and Partner with Creatives

  • 11 Nov 2010
  • 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Y & R • 303 Second Street, 8th Floor • San Francisco

The American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A's) is pleased to bring one of our most highly regarded training seminars to the San Francisco Bay Area.

On November 11th, in this full-day workshop, respected trainer Sheila Campbell, president, Wild Blue Yonder, will teach your account people the skills they need to become sharp account managers.

Attendees will learn how to:

  • Listen for what a client really needs,
  • Be able to turn problem accounts around without damaging the relationship,
  • Find out how to get more business from existing clients,
  • Gain confidence in dealing with larger or more demanding clients,
  • Sell new ideas to clients,
  • Learn the difference between “servicing” an account and leading it.

This program is designed for your young, rising stars, people with less than five years of experience, or more experienced people who are new to the agency business.

Sheila conducted this seminar in Chicago, Minneapolis, Kansas City and most recently in New York and received some of the highest evaluations ever attained at a 4A’s sponsored event. Her New York seminar sold out within a matter of weeks.
